旅費制度の解説になります。
チームの本拠地と同地域で開催されているレースに出る際は特に費用は掛かりませんが、海外遠征等で遠出をする際には費用が掛かります。
This is an explanation of the travel expense system.
There is no cost when participating in a race held in the same region as the team's home base, but there is a cost when traveling abroad for an expedition.
1.チーム本拠地/Team Headquarters
チームの本拠地は初めに設定した本拠地の位置を元に自動的にグループと地域に振り分けが行われます。大まかな判断基準としてグループ1・日本・東日本/西日本、グループ2・アメリカ・東海岸/西海岸、グループ3・ヨーロッパ・北欧/西欧、グループ4・ヨーロッパ・南欧/東欧に分かれています。
それぞれの地域にある、コースのレイアウト・ロケーションの数を元に振り分けられています。
Teams are automatically assigned to groups and regions based on the location of their initial home base. Group 1: Japan - East/West, Group 2: USA - East/West, Group 3: Europe - Northern/Western, Group 4: Europe - Southern/Eastern.
Each region is assigned based on the number of course layouts and locations.
2.地域別、コース・レイアウト・ロケーション/By region, course layout and location
上記にあるチーム本拠地の地域決めの様にコースも地域ごとに分かれています。
3.人員移動費用/Personnel transfer costs
上の図は人員移動費用のグラフになります。
Y軸が発点、X軸が着点で計算します、図から読み取れるように発点と着点の距離が近いほど金額が安く、遠いと高くなります。出費を抑えたい場合はバスやプライベートジェットを購入してください。
加えて、あくまでこのグラフに書かれている金額は一人が一回の搭乗でかかる費用になりますので、レースの1チームの人数を掛けた(×人数)後、往復なので2を掛ける(×往復)ことで大体の出費が判ります。
The figure above is a graph of personnel transfer costs.
As you can read from the figure, the closer the distance between the origin and destination points, the lower the cost, and the farther the distance, the higher the cost. If you want to reduce expenses, please purchase a bus or private jet.
In addition, the amount of money shown in the chart is the cost per person per flight, so multiply by the number of people in one team in the race (x number of people), then multiply by 2 (x round trip) to get the approximate cost.
4.車両輸送費用/Vehicle transportation costs
上の図は車両輸送費用のグラフになります。
Y軸が発点、X軸が着点で計算します、図から読み取れるように発点と着点の距離が近いほど金額が安く、遠いと高くなります。出費を抑えたい場合は積載車やコンテナ、トレーラーを購入してください。
加えて、あくまでこのグラフに書かれている金額は一台が一回の輸送でかかる費用になりますので、レースの1チームの台数を掛けた(×台数)後、往復なので2を掛ける(×往復)ことで大体の出費が判ります。

5.その他、費用/Other, costs
その他費用は遠征時全てのチームにかかるので、一部例外を除く以外は必ず掛かる費用と考えてください。
1.宿泊費
長期にわたる出張の際は、メンバーにゆっくり休息を取ってもらうためにホテルを用意することになります。別会社に所属している(バス運転手や航空機パイロット)人員は、稼働日以外はそれぞれの会社に帰属するので費用は含めません。メンバーの人数と滞在日数で金額が変わります。
2.駐車料金
カーキャリアに積んだ車両を、そのままレースの開催されている日数間乗り回しているわけにもいかないので、遠征中の車両は駐車場に保管されます。遠征期間中は駐車場を借りていることになるので日数分費用が掛かります。
3.特別手当
異国の地にメンバーを派遣したのであれば、あなたのポケットから各人員に特別手当を出す必要があります。当然、滞在日数が長くなればなるほど特別手当を出す期間が長くなります。
4.人員への日当
バスを使用したり、航空機を使用する場合は専用の職種を持った人員を雇う必要があります。人員"トラックドライバー"が居ればカーキャリアやトレーラーの運転手に支払う日当は必要ありません。
Other expenses are charged to all teams during the expedition and should be considered a must except for a few exceptions.
1.Accommodation expenses
For long business trips, a hotel will be provided for the members of the team to rest and relax. For personnel belonging to different companies (bus drivers, airline pilots), the expenses are not included since they belong to the respective companies except for the working days. The amount will depend on the number of members and the number of days they stay.
2. Parking Fee
Since it is not possible to keep a car loaded on a car carrier for the duration of the race, the car will be stored in a parking lot during the expedition. During the expedition period, the car will be rented at a parking lot, so the cost will be charged for the number of days of the expedition.
3. Special allowance
If you have sent members to a foreign country, you will need to pay a special allowance to each person out of your own pocket. Naturally, the longer the stay, the longer the special allowance will be paid.
4. Daily allowance for personnel
If you are using buses or airplanes, you will need to hire personnel with a special job title. If you have a “truck driver,” you do not need to pay per diem to the driver of a car carrier or trailer.
6.遠征時のパーツ購入金額の変更/Change in the amount of parts purchased during expeditions
遠征時のパーツ購入及び施工には金額が掛かります、全ての物品の金額 × 1.25倍 の金額が掛かります。ご注意ください。
The purchase and installation of parts for the expedition will incur a fee of 1.25 times the cost of all items. Please be aware of this.
