ここでは前の説明(Thing.6)で解説をした、各不動産についての効能をご紹介します。チームに効能を付与したい場合は、どの不動産を自社敷地内に設置するのかをご報告ください。報告があり次第変更されます。

Here are the efficacies for each of the properties described in the previous description (Thing.6). If you would like to give your team an efficacy, please report which properties you would like to place on your property. This will be changed as soon as it is reported.

ガレージについて-----

ガレージは運営開始時(デフォルト)の状態で2台分の空があります。

車一台につき、ガレージの容量を"1"消費します。

ガレージの容量が足りない場合は、新たな不動産を購入するか車両配置可能な店舗を購入してください。

ガレージ内では自分のチーム車両を保管しておく他、お客に対し商売をする事が出来ます。

また、容量が足りず車を置くスペースがない場合、自動的に野外に購入した車は配置されます。一定期間以上とめておくと条例違反として車両が警察に押収されます。押収された車両は罰金を払えば手元に戻ってきますが(違反金として、車両購入金の三分の一)期間内までに払えなかった場合は、そのまま競売にかけられます。

About the garage: -----

The garage is empty for two cars at the start of operation (default).

Each car consumes “1” of the garage capacity.

If you do not have enough space in your garage, you can purchase new real estate or a store where you can place vehicles.

In the garage, you can store your team's vehicles and also conduct business with customers.

If there is not enough space for your team's vehicles, they will automatically be placed in the open air. If the vehicle is left unattended for more than a certain period of time, it will be impounded by the police as a violation of the ordinance. The impounded vehicle will be returned to you if you pay a fine (one-third of the purchase price of the vehicle as a violation fee), but if you fail to pay the fine by the end of the period, the vehicle will be sold at auction.

保管庫について----

保管庫には車両を保管することができます。車両の保管制限は一つの保管庫につき3台まで収納可能です。保管庫は何個でも増やす事ができますので、初めのうちは保管庫をいくつか保有するようにしましょう。

保管庫はあくまで、車両の保管場所として使用するだけになりますので、上記のガレージでできるいくつかの項目は制限されます。

About storage units: ----

Storage units are available for storing vehicles. The storage limit is three vehicles per storage unit. You can add as many storage units as you like, so in the beginning you should have several storage units.

The storage units will only be used for vehicle storage and will limit some of the items that can be done in the garages mentioned above.

店舗について----

店舗では顧客に対して自分のチーム内で作成したパーツやグッツ、スポンサー契約に基づいた物品を販売することができます。販売した物は組織の利益として月の決算額に加算されます。

場合によっては赤字を垂れ流すお荷物になる可能性もありますので気を付けましょう。

About the store: ----

The store allows you to sell parts, goods, and sponsorship items created by your team to your customers. The items sold will be added to your monthly closing amount as a profit for your organization.

Be aware that in some cases, this can be a burden that can cause you to lose money.

カフェについて----

カフェでは店舗同様、収益を得ることができます。この不動産は自動車関連のお客以外のお客を呼び込むことができますので、比較的赤字にならずに経営する事ができます。

About the Cafe: ----

Cafes can generate revenue just as well as stores. This real estate can attract non-automotive customers and can be run relatively unprofitable.

生産工場について----

生産工場は持っているだけでは利益を生み出すことができませんが、店舗などと組み合わせることにより、収益を増やす事ができるようになります。

About Production Factories: ----

A production plant cannot generate profit just by having it, but it can increase revenue by combining it with stores and other facilities.

オンライン販売----

特殊な販売方法として、オンラインを使用した流通ルートを確保します。初期投資費用が少なく、比較的安定して収入を増やす事ができますが、利益率は少し低めです。

Online Sales ----

A special sales method uses online distribution channels. It has low initial investment costs and can increase income relatively steadily, but profit margins are a bit lower.

人員移動手段・陸路----

レースチームの人員移動手段としてバスは大いに役に立ちます。

大・中・小の三種類のバスが購入可能で、それぞれ搭乗できる人数の上限があります。

隣接するエリアはもちろん、遠征時の最寄りの空港からもアクセス可能になります。

購入したバスは、チームの本部(会社)とは別で、バス会社の所属となり月の経費を支払う必要があります。

所有していない場合はレンタルになります。

Personnel Transportation / Overland ----

Buses are a great way to transport race team personnel.

Three types of buses can be purchased: large, medium, and small, each with a maximum number of passengers.

They will be accessible from adjacent areas as well as from the nearest airport during the expedition.

The bus purchased is separate from the team's headquarters (company) and belongs to the bus company, which must pay the monthly expenses.

If you do not own one, it will be rented.

人員移動手段・空路----

レースチームの海外遠征の人員移動手段として航空機は大いに役に立ちます。

プライベートジェット(PJ)とプライベートカーゴジェット(PCJ)の二種類が購入可能で、PCJの場合は人員と車両も搭載することができます。

初期投資費用がかなり高額の為、余裕のある場合に購入することをお勧めします。

購入した航空機は、チームの本部(会社)とは別で、航空会社の所属となり月の経費を支払う必要があります。

Means of Personnel Transportation and Air Travel: ----

Aircraft can be a very useful means of personnel transportation for race teams traveling abroad.

Two types of aircraft can be purchased: private jets (PJ) and private cargo jets (PCJ), which can carry both personnel and vehicles.

The initial investment cost is quite high, so it is recommended that you purchase one if you can afford it.

The aircraft purchased is separate from the team's headquarters (company) and belongs to the airline, which must pay the monthly expenses.

車両移送手段・カーキャリア----

レースチームの遠征時に車両を運ぶためのカーキャリアです。

一台積載可能な物と二台積載可能な車両があります。

海外に行く場合は一緒にレース車両を乗せたまま運ぶ事ができるので、重宝します。また、駐車料金も積載したまま駐車するので追加費用はありません。

チームに所有という形になるため、月の維持費がかかります。加えて稼働費用として一回の使用につきガソリン代が一定数掛かります。

所有していない場合はレンタルになります。

※人員・"トラックドライバー"が必要になります。

Means of Vehicle Transportation / Car Carrier ----

Car carriers are used to transport vehicles during race team expeditions.

There are two types of car carriers: one that can carry one vehicle and one that can carry two vehicles.

They are useful when going overseas, as they can be used to transport race vehicles together. Also, there are no additional parking fees since the vehicle is parked with the load.

There is a monthly maintenance fee since the vehicle is owned by the team. In addition, there is a fixed amount of gasoline per use as an operating cost.

If you do not own one, it will be rented.

※We will need a “truck driver”.

車両ストレージ追加/移送手段・コンテナ----

レースチームの遠征時に船で車両を運ぶためのコンテナです。

20FCでは一台積載可能、40FCでは二台積載可能です。

海外に行く場合はコンテナに載せ海を渡る必要があります。

所有していない場合はレンタルになります。

また、所持している場合はコンテナをどのような用途に使用するか選択することができます。

1.コンテナを海外遠征の移動用に使用する

通常の状態ではこの状態になります。海外遠征時のコンテナレンタル代がかからなくなりますが、海運会社にコンテナが所属することになるので、月々の運用費用が掛かります。

2.コンテナをHQのストレージとして使用する

HQにある、"ガレージ"と"保管庫"の1台当たりの車両ストレージを最大4まで(40FCの場合)増やす事ができます。ですが、ガレージ内にコンテナを入れストレージを増やすとその箇所では作業を行えませんので、BtoCをメインの収入源として考えている人は-1になります。コンテナの使用切り替えはできませんので、購入時はじっくり考えてください。

Additional vehicle storage/transportation means/containers: ----

This container is for transporting vehicles by boat during race team expeditions.

The 20FC can carry one vehicle and the 40FC can carry two vehicles.

When going overseas, the vehicle must be loaded on the container and cross the ocean.

If you do not own a container, you can rent one.

If you own a container, you can choose how to use it.

1. Use the container for transportation on overseas expeditions

This is the normal state of the container. However, the container belongs to the shipping company, so monthly operating costs will be incurred.

2.Use containers as storage at HQ

You can increase the storage capacity of each vehicle in the "garage" and "vault" at the HQ to a maximum of 4 (for 40 FCs). However, if you put a container in the garage and increase the storage, you will not be able to work in that area, so if you are considering B-to-C as your main source of income, you will have to pay -1. Container use cannot be switched, so please think carefully when purchasing.

車両移送手段・トレーラーヘッド&カーゴベット----

注意事項・・・おっさんは付属していません

レースチームの遠征時の車両載せているコンテナを運ぶためのトレーラーとカーゴベットです。

購入資金と維持費など、追加費用が掛かりますがトレーラーとカーゴベットのレンタル費用が掛かりません。

所有していない場合はレンタルになります。

※人員・"トラックドライバー"が必要になります。

Means of vehicle transfer, trailer head & cargo bed ----

Note... the old man is not included.

This is a trailer and cargo bed for transporting a container with vehicles on it for a race team's expedition.

There is no rental cost for the trailer and cargo bed, although there will be additional costs to finance the purchase and maintenance. 

If you do not own them, you will have to rent them.

A “truck driver” is required.
